They are doctors.   As in MDs.  Michelle and Jeff will get married in a week in Marble Falls and I can’t wait to see what they’re up to on the wedding day.   I am expecting some new techniques in acrobatics at the wedding.

We started off in the session in November of last year by going to a local hospital where they worked.  Jeff still works there once a month and so we are able to get access to some interesting location at the hospital, followed by visiting their old house in Austin, and then of course, South Austin.

Catherine and Hongjin eloped several years ago after dating in college.   They have decided to celebrate their marriage with their friends at the Barton Creek country club earlier this year in April.

Krystal and Ryan was married at the UT Alumni Center.   I think you can figure out what her wedding colors were  One of the most fun weddings we have been to this year!

From Ryan’s words about how they met:

She was this bubbly, country girl who was one part angel and one part hell-raiser. I remember the first time I saw her at a business fraternity event in college about ten years ago. She was so busy laughing and talking with friends that she barely noticed me. But boy did I notice her…the blonde hair, the great smile, the twinkle in her eyes. Right then and there I decided I would date this girl. Well it took a roundabout path and about 6 years, but I finally made it happen. Fate smiled on me by bringing Krystal to Chicago and I didn’t plan on taking that luck for granted. Every time Krystal would stop by the apartment in Chicago to visit Steph I would hit my “effortless charm” mode – be funny, pretend not to care about the fact that Krystal had a boyfriend, walk around shirtless regularly (haha). After several attempts, it finally worked…and it worked well. So well that Krystal thought she was pursuing me when we started dating! I still let her think that…so hopefully she doesn’t read this. Anyway back to the story… there was a great cover band concert near our church in Chicago one evening and we just hit it off there and had a great time. We looked at each other and both knew we were feeling something more than friendship. We’ve been together ever since. I am thrilled I get to marry such a wonderful and beautiful girl – and a Texas girl at that. I look forward to the wedding and to starting a life together in Austin.

Yes!  A fabulous Saint Patrick’s Day wedding!

Jessica and Ryan was married on March 17th, 2012 at the Houstonian Hotel in Houston, Texas.   And, officially, this is the last sibling’s wedding from Alex and Nathalie (Alex is Jessica’s brother.  Nathalie, Nathan and Megan are siblings that we photographed at their weddings since 2008).   We also photographed her bridal at the Houstonian as well.

Ryan has such a great laugh – love it!!
